1. Achieve branch sales targets by driving life insurance business through the Agency channel and increasing policy sales.
2. Recruit new Insurance Advisors / Agents and build a strong and active agency network for continuous business generation.
3. Manage and guide Sales Managers / Unit Managers and ensure the team achieves individual and branch targets.
4. Train and support agents on insurance products, sales strategies, and market development to improve productivity.
5. Ensure smooth branch operations and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
6. Develop business opportunities in the local market and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and internal teams.

Experience: 8+ years in Life Insurance (Agency Channel)
Education: Any Graduate
Age: Up to 45 years
