·  Manage and strengthen relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales.

·  Achieve assigned sales targets through the banca (bank assurance) channel.

·  Conduct regular meetings with Branch Managers and bank staff to ensure alignment on business goals.

·  Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products, features, and sales techniques.

·  Generate leads from the bank’s customer base and convert them into business opportunities.

·          Any Bachelor’s degree

·         2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or banking.

·         Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with bank staff and internal teams.

·         Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Willingness to travel across assigned bank branches.
