Job Description
- Lead Fulfillment: Meet with prospective customers (leads provided by the company) to provide financial consulting and close life insurance sales.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time Financial Consultants/Agents to expand market reach.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with existing policyholders to ensure high renewal rates and identify upselling opportunities.
- Joint Calls: Conduct field visits with your agents to help them close complex cases.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in Sales (Life Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or Telecom preferred).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, team management, and local networking skills.
- Language: Fluency in the local language (Tamil) and English.
- Requirement: Must possess a two-wheeler for local travel.
