Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals or agents to achieve business objectives.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the Kochi region.

Revenue Generation: Drive consistent growth in Life Insurance premiums and ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders in the BFSI sector.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all sales activities adhere to IRDAI guidelines and maintain high standards of policy persistence and quality.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Insurance Sales (General or Life) or Banking Sales.

Education: Graduate in any stream (Post-graduation or MBA in Marketing/Finance is a plus).

Skills: * Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• In-depth knowledge of financial products and insurance regulations.

Age Limit: Preferably between 22–35 years.
