We are seeking a motivated life insurance professional to strengthen our retail business through advisory-led sales. This role involves managing individual customers, understanding their protection and savings needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions through leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end client relationships for life and term insurance.

* Provide need-based financial advisory and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with insurer partners for proposals, issuance, and after-sales service.

* Build cross-sell opportunities within the existing retail base.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and persistency targets.

Graduate with 5 - 10 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably with broker or DSA channels.

* Strong understanding of protection, ULIP, and savings products.

* Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
