Job Description
- Manage and drive business across multiple locations/branches in the assigned cluster
- Lead, coach, and monitor Direct Sales Managers and frontline sales teams
- Achieve cluster-level targets for premium, policies, and active advisors/sales executives
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing direct sales teams
- Monitor daily productivity, conversions, and pipeline movement
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, IRDAI norms, and compliance guidelines
- Conduct regular branch reviews, sales meetings, and performance audits
- Support team in closing high-value cases and resolving escalations
- Build strong local market presence and customer relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 4–6 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role handling Direct /Agency channel On-roll Sales teams
- Strong leadership, sales planning, and people management skills
- Willingness to travel within the cluster
