 Manage franchisee relationships and ensure strong business engagement.  Lead school acquisition/ school cracking initiatives to expand market presence.  Deliver effective and impactful parent presentations to support admissions.  Oversee overall revenue growth and ensure achievement of business goals for the region.

Experience Requirements – 5 plus years’ experience  Additional Skills: o Strong ability to manage franchisees and maintain business relationships. o Proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills Other Requirements  Willingness to travel – within Kolkata and surrounding districts.
