 Franchise acquisition and supporting the franchisee in Marketing and developing the business in the assigned area. LCLs required to be supported / managed - 12 plus  Conduct Parents presentation, planning and executing the events for new business and revenue generation.  Exploring the new area, visiting schools, getting the permissions from the schools for the events. Conducting promotional activities.  Travelling in and around PCMC and Pune district & 5 to 7 days outside Pune at district level - Ahilya devi nagar district and Pune district
