* Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank.

* Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff

* Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of       policy document

* Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

* Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.

* Build long term relationship with the bank staff

* Candidate with good communication skill
