Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Executives in the Direct Channel.

Achieve business targets by driving sales performance and ensuring consistent growth.

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing portfolios.

Ensure high levels of team productivity through motivation, performance tracking, and skill enhancement.

Conduct regular sales reviews, performance analysis, and field visits to ensure business objectives are met.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure superior service and retention.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and audit guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in Direct Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Financial Services / Banking sector.

Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
