Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales of life insurance products through banking or financial institution relationships. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and generate business through BFSI/NBFC channels.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to achieve assigned business targets.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
