• Appointment of new franchisees and acquisition of students. • Management of personnel and franchisees within the assigned area. • Conducting effective school cracking activities and parent presentations. • Driving overall revenue growth for the region. • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with franchise partners.

Preferred Candidate Profile • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in franchise/business. • Demonstrated ability to handle franchisees independently. • Strong leadership and people management capabilities. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision. • The candidate should be willing to travel across Kolkata.

 Skills Required • Proven team handling experience — must have managed a team of 8 or more individuals. • Strong communication and presentation skills (especially for parent interactions). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting. • Ability to manage franchise operations and achieve business targets. • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
