Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors.

• Drive health insurance sales through the advisor network.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

• Provide guidance and motivation to the advisor team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Insurance/Agency Channel preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
