We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Agency Partner Channel (APC) team. The BDM will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Agency Partners who will build their own teams of advisors to drive insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop high-performing Agency Partners to achieve sales targets.

• Guide APs in building and managing their own advisor/agent teams.

• Drive insurance sales through the APC channel model.

• Conduct regular training programs, joint field visits, and performance reviews to ensure success.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Build strong relationships with partners and customers to ensure long-term business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales / agency recruitment / channel sales.

• Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Knowledge of the local market (Chennai / Chengalpattu) is an advantage.

• Ability to train, mentor, and lead a team effectively.
