Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.

Drive business growth through cross-sell and upsell of insurance products.

Ensure timely premium renewals and maintain persistency of policies.

Provide after-sales service, handle queries, and resolve customer issues.

Work on company-provided leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

Age: 23 – 38 years

Minimum 1 year of sales/relationship management experience (Insurance preferred)

Strong communication & customer handling skills

Graduation  required
