Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive sales and revenue growth through the Direct Channel.
🔹 Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
🔹 Develop and execute business strategies to expand customer base.
🔹 Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
🔹 Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of targets.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Life Insurance with team handling (Direct / Agency Channel preferred)
  
• Strong experience in Life Insurance sales (Direct/Agency).
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication & people management skills.
• Ability to strategize, plan and execute business expansion.
