• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive sales.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular guidance, support, and motivation to the advisor team.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and presentable personality are also welcome.
• Must be a local candidate from Chennai with a strong natural market.
• Preferred backgrounds: Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Fintech, Edutech.
