Capability building of Top franchisees to next level of growth.
New market penetration strategy execution Brand Building / marketing Calander / Marketing budget.
Influence & convince Franchisee for marketing spends.
Develop/ Exit non performing franchise from potential market.
Capability building of Area Heads State Profitability.

The candidate must have experience in appointing & managing/ handling the Franchisee/ Dealers.
The candidate should have handled a team of 3 to 5 members.  
The candidate should be willing to travel within state
