Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate agency staff to achieve individual and team goals.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.

• Foster a positive, high-performance work culture.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the agency’s client base.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Operations & Compliance

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

4. Financial Management

• Manage agency budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.

• Track and report on financial performance against objectives.

• Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality

Key Requirements:

• Minimum '2 years' experience in Any Sales
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and business development skills
• Should be Graduate
