Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee operations at the Thrissur branch
• Drive business growth through strategic agency recruitment and activation
• Meet sales targets via the Agency Channel
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to ensure branch success
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry
• At least 3 years of experience in the Agency Channel
• Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage agency recruitment & development
