• Recruit, train, and manage Agency Partners/Leaders under the branch. Drive their performance to ensure branch targets are met.
• Support Agency Leaders in building their advisor teams. Ensure quality recruitment and activation of advisors.
• Own and drive the business plan for the branch. Achieve sales targets through active field engagement and team support.
• Ensure regular training and skill development programs for the Agency Partners/Advisors to enhance productivity.
• Monitor key performance metrics. Take timely action to improve underperformance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Promote ethical selling practices and a strong focus on customer satisfaction within the team.

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales, with at least 2 years in team handling
Prior experience in Variable Agency or similar model is an added advantage
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment
