Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales executives.

  • Drive business through on-ground sourcing – including field visits, corporate connects, and personal networks.

  • Provide joint field support and guide team members to close deals and achieve monthly business goals.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure consistent productivity and compliance.

  • Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service support.

  • Drive performance culture, review meetings, and target-based tracking.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth policy issuance and post-sale servicing.

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in life insurance direct sales.

  • Strong knowledge of local market and field-based sourcing strategies.
