·        Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 banks.

·        Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff

·        Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document

·        Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

·        Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.

·        Build long term relationship with the bank staff.

·        Age between 23 – 30 yrs

·        Graduation / Post Graduation

·        1 Year plus Sales Experience

·        Good Communication Skills.

·        Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
