1.         Achieve sales targets by promoting life insurance through bank branches.
2.          Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
3.          Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance products.
4.          Train bank employees on product knowledge.
5.          Implement sales strategies with branch managers.
6.          Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
7.          Ensure compliance with regulations

·         Age between 21 – 35 yrs

·         Graduation / Post Graduation

·         1 Year plus Sales Experience in nbfc/ credit card/ bfsi/loan/ Insurance Industry preferred

·         Good Communication Skills.

·         Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.

·         Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude

·         High on Honesty and Integrity

·         Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel and do Field Work
