Job Description

Role : To effectively manage a team of Sales Officers / Sales Executives covering defined geographies within the dealer networks, influencer and end users, so as to progressively increase market share by achieving Sales Targets and expanding distribution network.

The Job entails: -

·         Supervise and work along with the team of sales officers.

·         Monitoring on daily basis each of the reportees.

·         Ensure building a reliable Market data base.

·         Achieve Monthly Sales & Collection targets

·         Overseer demand generation activities with influencer and end users.

·         Overseer BTL activities within the geography to build Brand visibility and salience

Compensation:  As per Industry norms and experience. The package shall include Fixed and variables pay. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Age: Between 32-35 years.

Educational Qualifications:

·         Must be a Graduate with at least 50% marks.

·         An MBA may be preferred.

Experience:  Between 9-12 years with at least 3years in a supervisory role.  Preferably in Building Material industry and having worked in Dealer Networks and with Influencers.

Competencies:

·         Good communication

·         An extrovert who is capable of building good customer relations.

·         High result orientation

·         “Never say die” attitude.

·         Good analytical ability

·         Displayed leadership qualities with leading “from upfront” traits.

·         A good team builder and motivator

·         Good cognitive ability
