Job Description

  • Partner with Relationship Managers/ Bank Staff and ensure implementation of Training policy in Rajasthan and Haryana territories, while ensuring compliance with regards to Training Processes.
  • Identifying the training needs for the region and imparting the same to the stakeholders.
  • Sales Officer Induction & ASM’s TTT to be planned and monthly plan to be shared with Zonal Sales & Training Managers.
  •  Sales quality parameters to be highlighted in every interaction with stake holders.
  •  Supporting the Zonal Manager with strategy planning on business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 - 5 years of Total experience
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in Insurance training
