Job Description

• Developing innovative ways to promote / market & reach new potential customers 
• Draft Proposals and take deep follow-up with clients 
• Grow the existing business and add additional clients who are interested in payroll solutions 
• Arrange for meetings with clients 
• You’ll need to proactively identify potential clients and close deals to start relationships with them 
• Maintain client relations independently along with monitoring ad campaigns and recommend improvements 
• Working closely with the client to understand requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these with the product development team 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• 1+ years relevant sales experience
• Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Young and high achievers, flair for marketing
