Job Description

1. Generate Revenue by driving business from a team of Relationship Managers (4-8 Nos) through assigned IBL BANK (3-5 Bank Branches would be assigned per Relationship Manager) .

2. Manage, Train, Develop & Mentor a Team of Relationship Managers to increase their productivity.

3. Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff & Relationship Managers

4. Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

5. Build a good relationship with Bank Staff to extract customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.

6. Conduct periodical performance reviews for team members and implement performance improvement plans to enhance team productivity

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  2. Should be presently working & should have vintage of 2.5 Years plus in present Organization / Good Stability in Career.
  3. Experience: 7-9 years Sales experience required in any industry. Age below 35 Years preferred.
