● Responsible for answering and routing calls and responding as pleasantly as possible.

● Can build a comprehensive database of Companies and Contacts.

● Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation

● Client Interaction.

● Building and maintaining client relationships.

● Experience in potential leads generation.

● Should have strong time management skills and ability to multitask and work with

people at all levels.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, data management skills.

● Conducting skill testing and interviews, as well as coordinating Voice and functional


● Multi-tasking, needs to juggle between receiving calls, and at the same time attending

the client or customer present physically in office.

● Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.

● To be of assistance to, the administrative heads of the organization
